Self-executing php without Phar - Till - 12.02.2017
Hallo @all,
the common way to create self-executing php scripts is to use Phar.
Auf manchen shared-hosts oder älteren compilationen steht dieses nicht zur Verfügung.
Deshalb möchte ich meine Alternative präsentieren, sie basiert auf dem MIME 1.0 protokoll bzw. dem multipart/mixed Content-Type.
Das Script ist auch als gist verfügbar und befindet sich auch im Anhang dieses Postings.

Anmerkung: Wer sich für den "common way" mit phar entscheidet, für den ist vielleicht dieses package interessant: https://packagist.org/packages/phine/phar
Wie das .phar Format auch, macht das script Gebrauch von der Anweisung
Wenn dieser Token in einer Datei vorkommt, wird alles nachfolgende vom php-compiler ignoriert.
Dies erlaubt uns an eine .php Datei beliebiege Daten anzuhägen ohne einen parse error zu verursachen.
Die php Constant
hilft uns dabei die Daten, bzw. die Position der angehängten Daten in der php Datei zu finden.
Unser script speichert die Daten im Anhang als MIME mutlipart/mixed Format.

Dies installiert einen Autolader welcher Klassen nach einem vorgegebenen Schema direkt aus der Mime Datei lädt.

@ToDo: Der MIME-Parser ist derzeit nicht memory optimiert und es kann bei größeren Anhängen das memory limit überschritten werden. Es sollten zunächst nur die Datei-Header eingelesen werden um dies zu vermeiden.

Nun ich hatte in der Vorversion Phar benutzt und die Erfahrung gemacht das es nicht auf allen servern vor allem shared hosting verfügbar ist.
Vor allem write phar ist oft nicht verfügbar, so daß ich nach der Signatur die Datei beim Anwender nicht mehr beschreiben kann.
Eine Alternative wäre .zip, aber hier müssen alle Daten erst entpackt/gepackt werden.
Das MIME Format finde ich recht simpel und flexibel.
Es macht keine (kaum) spezielle Vorgaben über Encoding und Bounadary sofern man die Header richtig verwendet.
Anstatt das Rad neu zu erfinden habe ich einfach auf das MIME Format zurückgegriffen.
Die Tatsache, das man das Script so auch als E-Mail verschicken könnte, oder auch andere mime-types als php, z.B. javascript so daß man es alternative in einem speziellen Browser laufen lassen könnte (was auch immer) ist nur ein zufälliger Bonus.
Noch interessanter fand ich die Möglichkeit einer RPC API im MIME Format, es lassen sich mit dem MIME Format auch besonders gut HTTP Requests und HTTP Responses mit Ihren Headern als serie/batch mehrerer paralleler oder synchroner Requests und Anrtworten versenden/ausführen/beantworten.
Kurz gesagt: Das MIME Format ist halt ein "alrounder".

Der Vollständigkeit halber poste ich noch die neueste Version, sie beinhaltet ein paar small improvments aber auch einige (für die Wiederverwendbarkeit) unnötige Anhänge, man kann diese zuvor vor dem Gebrauch, oder beim script erstellen den multipart mit ->get_file(..., parent)->clear() löschen.

Schade, an der Übersetzung liegt es nicht...
